These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.officefitoutdubai.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
“OFD”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Office Fit-Out Dubai. Office Fit-Out Dubai is the trading name of Janat Al Manzel Interior Design L.L.C, trade licence number 667286, with an office at Office 307, Apex Atrium, Motor City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These terms apply to the website only. Any design, advisory, approval, fit-out, IT, AV, construction or related services are
governed by the separate proposal, appointment, quotation or contract agreed with the client.
2. Information on this website
The website provides general information about OFD, our services, experience and completed work. We try to keep the information accurate and current, but it may be incomplete, become outdated or contain errors.
Website content is not architectural, engineering, legal, regulatory, financial, health and safety or other professional advice. Project requirements, authority approvals, prices, programmes and technical solutions depend on the relevant premises, brief, building rules, authorities and contract. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a decision.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form, requesting a callback, sending project information or asking for a quotation does not create a contract and does not require OFD to accept an instruction. A contract is formed only when the authorised parties agree the applicable written terms.
Any budget, programme, concept, scope or availability discussed before contract is preliminary unless an authorised OFD representative confirms otherwise in a signed written agreement.

You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not:

Client names, logos and third-party trademarks shown in project material belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. No licence to use them is granted by this website.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and OFD has a right to enforce these terms.
