Kayali Perfume Office Fit Out
A Creative Headquarters Designed For Brand, Growth & Collaboration
JLT, Dubai / Beauty & Fragrance / 11,500 sq ft / 16 weeks

Creating a workspace for a growing fragrance brand
KAYALI required a headquarters environment that could support the pace, creativity, and operational needs of a fast-growing beauty and fragrance brand.
Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, the 11,500 sq ft workspace needed to do more than simply house a team. It had to reflect the brand’s refined identity, support day-to-day productivity, and create a workplace experience aligned with the premium nature of KAYALI’s products and customer experience.
The brief called for a balanced workplace: elegant enough to represent the brand, practical enough to support a busy team, and flexible enough to adapt as the business continues to grow. The original project information lists the location as JLT, with a 16-week delivery programme and 11,500 sq ft workspace.

Understanding the brand before designing the space
The project began with a detailed consultation process to understand KAYALI’s brand ethos, team workflow, aesthetic expectations, and operational requirements.
For a fragrance brand, atmosphere matters. The workplace needed to feel polished, expressive, and considered – without compromising functionality. Every design decision had to support both the visual identity of the brand and the practical movement of people through the office.
Through space planning, design development, and visual concept work, the layout was shaped to create a smooth relationship between work zones, collaborative areas, front-of-house spaces, and supporting office functions.

A workplace shaped around refinement and function
The design direction focused on creating a modern, elegant environment with a strong sense of cohesion.
Soft finishes, clean detailing, and carefully selected materials help create a premium workplace atmosphere, while thoughtful zoning ensures the space remains efficient and easy to use. The completed office balances brand expression with workplace performance, giving the KAYALI team an environment that feels both inspiring and operationally practical.
The design avoids unnecessary complexity. Instead, it uses considered details, refined finishes, and a clear spatial flow to create a workspace that feels calm, confident, and aligned with the brand.

Managing the build with clarity and control
A successful headquarters fit out requires careful coordination between design intent, construction quality, procurement, programme management, and site supervision.
The build was managed through a structured process covering contractor coordination, material procurement, scheduling, quality control, and regular project communication. This ensured the workspace was delivered to specification, aligned with the approved design direction, and completed within the required 16-week programme. The source project page describes a managed build process with contractor coordination, material procurement, scheduling, quality control, site supervision, and client updates.

The new space
The completed KAYALI office delivers a refined, modern headquarters that supports both people and brand.
The workspace combines elegant finishes, practical planning, and brand-influenced design details to create an environment that feels welcoming, professional, and distinctive. It gives the team a functional base for daily operations while creating a stronger physical expression of the KAYALI identity.
The result is a cohesive workplace designed to support productivity, collaboration, and long-term growth.
