Creating a refined corporate workplace in DIFC
Reech Corporation Group required a contemporary office environment that could support daily operations, team collaboration, focused work, and client meetings.

Located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, the 2,200 sq ft workspace was designed to create a professional and efficient setting that reflects the company’s identity while providing a comfortable environment for its team and visitors.

The brief called for a workplace that balanced corporate professionalism with functionality, creating a clear and cohesive office experience within a compact footprint.
Understanding the workspace before developing the design
The project began with a detailed discovery and consultation phase focused on understanding Reech Corporation Group’s operational flow, workplace requirements, brand identity, and interior expectations.

The design team developed layout concepts and visual presentations to explore the best use of the available space. Careful planning was used to create a smooth relationship between work areas, meeting spaces, focus zones, and client-facing areas.

The Reech Corporation Group office fit out was delivered through a structured design and build process, with Janat Office Fit-Out managing the project from initial planning through to final installation.

The delivery process included procurement coordination, contractor management, scheduling, site supervision, and quality checks. Transparent communication and careful project management helped maintain progress throughout the 12-week programme.
